Hot Fresh Dread #1 - The War On Trans People - C33

Hello, and welcome to Hot Fresh Dread; an anarchist zine for north texan trans people made by North Texan Trans anarchists. What you’re currently holding is the first issue of what we hope will be a monthly (or maybe bi-monthly) free zine distributed online and around the UNT campus. In the future, we hope to fill the zine with rad shit like poetry, art, music links, interviews, and comics about transness, gender, abolition, sex, and general queer stuff, both moody and euphoric.  However, we unfortunately find ourselves in a climate neither euphoric or moody, as our campus and state become more and more dangerous for trans people. Given this, we here at C33 found it irresponsible to supply you with anything short of a weapon to fight back against the extinction taking place in our state and country. The whole world is screaming for us to leave Texas and escape possible annihilation, but for many of us, that isn’t really an option. So please, if you’re trans, or if someone you love is trans, get this book in their hands. It really might just save their life.
